Cannot send commands (keyboard or controller) to Xbox 360

Hello Eric. Try the following steps and this should get your controller working.

1) Exit out of Spawn client that's on your system tray. You can do this by right clicking the spawn logo that's on your system tray and selecting exit
2) Verify that a wired USB controller is attached to your PC and launch the Spawn Player from the Start menu
3) Go to the Web site and select play. This should get you control

If this does not fix the problem, try the following.
1) On the Spawn Player select the Controller icon and select Controller Resync
2) If the controller still does not work, on the Spawn Player select the Controller icon, in the controller configuration window, select the configs button, Select your console and verify if your controller is present. If your controller is present, right click it and set is as primary controller.
